General Terms and Conditions
These “General Terms and Conditions” set out the general terms of use, as well as the purchasing and payment conditions, applicable to the use of the www.berribook.hu Online Store operated by IDEAGO Kft. as service provider (hereinafter the “Service Provider”). Please use our services only if you agree with all of its provisions and consider them binding upon yourself. This document is not filed, is concluded exclusively in electronic form (it does not qualify as a contract put in writing), and does not refer to any code of conduct.

Our basic provisions
For matters not regulated by these Regulations, as well as for the interpretation of these Regulations, Hungarian law shall be governing, with particular regard to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (the “Civil Code”) and the relevant provisions on electronic commerce. As a Service Provider, we reserve all rights regarding the online store, the entire website, or any part thereof, and the content appearing on it, as well as the distribution of the website.
Downloading, electronic storage, processing, or sale of the content appearing on the website, or any part thereof, without our written consent and permission is prohibited!
As a User, you acknowledge that in the event of use without a usage license, you will have to pay a penalty. The amount of the penalty is HUF 25,000 gross per word. As a User, you must acknowledge that this penalty clause is not excessive, and you browse the site with this in mind! In the event of a copyright infringement, as a Service Provider we apply notarial certification of facts, the cost of which we also pass on to the infringing user.
The online store operates non-stop. Occasional maintenance work is announced in advance on our website and on our social media pages.
Purchasing in the online store
New products are sold in the online store. The products and goods displayed in our online store can only be purchased online. You can learn about the characteristics and features of the goods, as well as their prices, on the page belonging to the specific product. The displayed prices are in all cases consumer, gross prices, which you must pay at the time of purchase. The prices of the products are given in Hungarian forints. Prices apply to one product, unless we indicate information to the contrary. We do not charge a separate fee for packaging.
Orders are processed on working days, on the day following the order. The average delivery time for orders is 2–10 working days, depending on whether it concerns a finished product in stock or a made-to-order, custom product.
If an error or deficiency occurs in the online store regarding the products or prices, we reserve the right to make corrections. In such a case, after recognizing or modifying the error, we immediately inform the buyer of the new data. The buyer may then confirm the order once more, or either party may withdraw from the contract. The service provider excludes its liability regarding the accuracy of the information on the website in those cases where an obvious typographical error in numbers or letters, or a similar circumstance, exists (e.g. an unrealistically low price, even in the case of promotions).
The purchasing process
Registration
In the www.berribook.hu online store you can browse and look around without registration, and you can put products in the cart, but registration is required to order products, for invoicing, and for delivery.
You can register once you have successfully filled your cart; by clicking the “View cart” button you can check the contents of your cart. By clicking the “Proceed to checkout” button at the bottom, we ask for the billing and shipping details, and here you can also choose the payment method. Fill in the mandatory fields — this is also your registration! Enter the billing and delivery addresses for the accuracy of delivery! After you have accepted the ordering and usage terms, click the “Send order” button!
You will receive an e-mail to the address you provided stating that we have received your order and that the order is “being processed”.
We use the data you provide upon registration (name, address, phone number) exclusively to fulfill the order. We assume no liability in any form for incorrect fulfillment resulting from erroneous data. The name, address, phone, and e-mail fields must be filled in every case; without these, the system cannot accept the order. By providing your identifiers, you can access your data at any time and modify it. However, the data on the issued invoice can no longer be changed afterwards. Providing your phone number is necessary in your own interest, so that we can contact you in the fastest way when resolving any situation related to your order.
Selecting a product
You can find the products under the “ONLINE STORE” menu item; by clicking on the selected product’s thumbnail you can read the more detailed description of the product, and you can also add the product to your cart.
Cart
Once you have added the selected product(s) to the cart, by clicking the “Cart icon” button you can check, modify, or also delete the contents of your cart. By clicking the “Checkout” button you can enter the billing and shipping details (if the shipping address matches the billing address, you can indicate this in the small box before “Shipping details”), as well as the payment method.
Payment
The prices indicated in the www.berribook.hu online store are the current gross payable prices. In the store you can choose from three payment methods. You can pay the total amount by direct bank transfer, by bank card, and in the case of cash-on-delivery purchase, by cash.
By bank transfer: you must transfer the value of the purchased product and the shipping cost to the following bank account number: K&H Bank, account number: 10403411-50526874-83801007, beneficiary name: IDEAGO Kft.
In the notes/reference field, be sure to indicate the order number! As soon as the amount is in our bank account, we ship the purchased product to the provided shipping address.
Through bank card payment, you can shop conveniently and securely in our store. After ordering the selected goods, you are redirected to the K&H Bank webpage, where you can pay with your bank card through a transaction conducted with encryption currently considered the most secure used by the Bank. All our customers have to do is click on the “pay by bank card” label when selecting the payment method, then provide the card number, expiry date, and three-digit security code on the K&H Bank payment server. K&H Bank accepts VISA, VISA Electron, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro, and JCB type cards. We can only accept bank cards issued exclusively for electronic use if the bank issuing the card authorizes such use! Please inquire with your bank whether your card can be used for purchases conducted over the internet. After a successful purchase, K&H Bank issues an authorization number for the transaction, which it is worth writing down or printing out the entire page. In the event of an unsuccessful transaction, K&H Bank communicates the reason for the error in an error message.
Shipping
During the order process, the shipping and billing address are provided during registration. We ask you to fill in the fields accurately, in order to avoid later problems! Our online store delivers the ordered product to you within 2–5 working days, depending on whether it concerns a product in stock or a custom, made-to-order product. Please inspect the package upon delivery before acceptance, and if it is damaged, have a report drawn up and do not accept the package!
The shipping cost is indicated next to the products.
Products ordered to a local address are delivered by DPD, and delivery to a Pick Pack Point is delivered by the MXP courier service.

Payment can be made by bank transfer in advance or via cash-on-delivery purchase. The delivery time is 2–3 working days from dispatch. The courier delivers the ordered product on working days between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Withdrawal from delivery
After an order is placed in the www.berribook.hu online store, the system notifies you by e-mail without delay, but at the latest within 48 hours. The e-mail contains all details of the order. Also check the junk/spam folder for the message! Until the fulfillment of the order begins, you have the option to revoke your order electronically. To delete an order placed in the online store, please contact us via a message sent to the hello@berribook.hu e-mail address.
Returning the product
We only take back the product in its original condition and packaging, in complete quantity and quality condition.
Right of withdrawal
The conditions of withdrawal are regulated by Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II. 26.) on contracts concluded between absent parties. According to the law, the right of withdrawal applies from the day of receipt of the product. The customer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days following receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal may be exercised without justification.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to send a clear statement containing your intention to withdraw (by post or by letter sent electronically) to the following contact: e-mail: hello@berribook.hu
The burden of proving that the right of withdrawal and termination specified in Section 20 of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) was exercised in accordance with the provisions of the decree rests with the consumer.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all consideration you provided, including the shipping cost (except for the additional costs that arose because you chose a shipping method other than the cheapest standard shipping method offered by us), without delay but at the latest within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement. The refund, with the customer’s consent, is made by bank transfer. If we do not receive authorization for this, the refund is made using the same payment method you used. Due to the application of the payment method, you will not be charged any additional cost. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until you have proven that you have returned it: of the two, the earlier date is to be taken into account.
You are obliged to return or hand over the product to us without undue delay, but at the latest within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal statement. The deadline is considered met if you send the product before the expiry of the 14-day deadline. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you. You can be held liable for the depreciation of the product only if it occurred due to use exceeding the use necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if not all accessories of the product are present.

Warranty
We market our products in accordance with the warranty regulations in force in Hungary, in which Chapter XXIV (Defective Performance) of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, as well as the supplementary Decree 19/2014 (IV. 29.) NGM (on the procedural rules for handling warranty and guarantee claims relating to goods sold under a contract between a consumer and a business), are the guiding regulations.
Complaint handling
The www.berribook.hu Online Store is operated by IDEAGO Kft. (Service Provider). Address: 1025 Budapest, Törökvész út 70/A. 2nd floor 3. The contact details of the service provider, the place of complaint handling, the regularly used electronic mail address for keeping in touch with users: hello@berribook.hu. For the purpose of communicating complaints, our company is available through customer service at the above e-mail address.
For the out-of-court settlement of consumer legal disputes, we stipulate the Pest County Conciliation Board (pmbekelteto@pmkik.hu).
Should any disputes arise with you, we will primarily try to settle them amicably.
You, as the User, and we, as the Service Provider, stipulate the jurisdiction of the BUDAPEST DISTRICT II AND III COURT for any legal disputes falling under the scope of these Regulations that cannot be settled by agreement within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
Data management
The protection of your personal data is of paramount importance to IDEAGO Kft. and its partners. The collection and processing of identifiable, personal data necessary while using our website complies with the Hungarian data protection regulations in force (Act CXII of 2011).
We handle your data confidentially and do not transfer it to third parties, except where this is indispensable for the performance of the contract (e.g. postal service, courier service). Our employees, partners, and service providers are bound by a duty of confidentiality toward us.

In matters not regulated in these general terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code, Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), and Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services are governing. By browsing the pages of the online store and by recording your order, you accept the general terms and conditions of the www.berribook.hu website.
